Delete any layers that do not have the eye to the left of them. Press the “convert to video timeline” button next to where it says “Forever.” When you do this, the layers of the frames you chose for your GIF will have an eye to the left of them.Ĩ.
Then do the same with the frames to the right.ħ. To do this, select the frames to the left first (using the same shift + click method as before) and drag them to the little trash bin below the timeline. When you find the frames you want to use (you should probably choose between 10 and 20 for the highest quality) delete the remaining frames from the left and right of all of the frames you want included in the GIF. Press the play button at the bottom left of all the frames. Now you need to figure out what section of the video you want to make the GIF.
You can go ahead and select 0.1 seconds if you think that’s the speed you want or you can go to Other… and put in any number.
